In Tom Leighton's second series of Tokyo based works, he continues to show the city in what appears to be perpetual twilight. Tokyo becomes the subject of a studio shoot, where both natural and enhanced lighting are used to explore a relationship between anonymity and individuality. The narrative is implied but never specific: in these floating dreamlike perspectives of the city are frozen moments of individual contemplation.
